Contract Formation
No contract shall subsist between you and Giraffe Marketing for the sale by it to you of the product unless and until Giraffe Marketing accepts your order by telephone or through PayPal. 

Delivery
We will deliver your order within normal working hours within 5 business days from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 5pm. If your order is received after 5pm, we will deliver the order within normal working hours within 6 business days. It is our normal practice to telephone you to arrange the most convenient day and time for you to receive your box. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery time with you. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that we can now make evening deliveries to customers within the M25 area for no extra cost.

Barcodes: Please note that we do not sell our Barcodes to people who do not purchase one of our boxes, this is to prevent their use with boxes of inferior quality which will not have the same security integrity.

All prices shown on this site include VAT and delivery charges to UK mainland locations. VAT reg. no. 761 3015 62

Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. Goods will need to be available with the original pacakaging in which they were supplied, for collection. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of notification of cancellation.

Returns Policy.

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything from us, we will be happy to fully refund a product provided it has been handled and cared for . Returns should be made in a reasonable time and with the original, undamaged packaging. The option of a replacement or a full refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
